The Opportunity:

This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the Artwork & Bill of Materials function.  We are looking for individuals who will support and drive Chanelle Pharma’s vision to be the most valued global provider of high quality, competitively priced pharmaceutical products and to provide excellent services and support to our customers.

In this role you will report into the Artwork & Bill of Materials Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bill of Materials

  • Generate Bill of Materials/Revision to Bill of Materials, in accordance with timelines identified on SOP’s, the quality system or QPulse, and circulate to various departments for approval.
  • Track the number of open, pending and closed BOMs per month.
  • Provide updates to internal teams on status of BOMs and BOM revisions as required.
  • Escalate any risk, which would impact on-time delivery.
  • Identify potential changes to support continuous processes improvements.
  • Support all system processes, which require Bill of Materials input – change controls, revision / set-up of Bills of Materials.
  • Issue and Report on monthly KPI within the Bill of Materials  Group when required.
  • Train on all relevant SOP’s for other departments, that impact your role, to gain an understanding of the processes.
  • Control and Update SOPs relevant to your area if required.
  • Any other support as requested from time to time.

 

Artwork

  • Assist the Artwork Team to set up and close out Artwork approvals within the timeframe required.
  • Escalate any risks which would impact on-time approvals of artwork.
  • Identify potential changes to support continuous processes improvements.
  • Support all system processes, which require artwork input – CCF, ASL, Revision / Set up of Bills of Materials.
  • Provide Administrative assistance to the Artwork Team and  Department Manager.
  • Train on all relevant SOP’s for other departments, that impact your role, to gain an understanding of the processes.
  • Any other support as requested from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3rd level qualification is preferable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages to include (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) essential.
  • Artwork Management Systems experience desirable.
  • Experience working within a pharmaceutical Environment; with knowledge of EU GMP and US FDA Guidelines (preferable but not essential).
