The Opportunity:

This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the Third Party Medical function. We are looking for individuals who will support and drive Chanelle Pharma’s vision to be the most valued global provider of high quality, competitively priced pharmaceutical products and to provide excellent services and support to our customers.
The Third Party Buyer / Planner works closely with many key departments in Chanelle daily ensuring that the customer’s needs and requirements are fulfilled.
In this role, you will report into Senior Medical Sales Manager.


  • Liaise with internal customers and suppliers regarding delivery dates, order status, etc. for the areas assigned.
     Run the shipping schedules and attend/Drive a daily shipping meeting.
     Respond to internal customer queries for stock quantities, values and AOB.
     Organise dispatch of materials with Warehouse and Freight Company to third parties.
     Forecasts to be sent Monthly to each Supplier
     To assess incoming customer orders in terms of approved BOM and confirm the first promise date for delivery.
     To maintain the MRP data on the system for assigned products and areas.
     Prepare assigned schedule in co-operation with relevant departments.
     To work with buyer to prioritize planned release of orders in assigned areas in the case conflicts and bottlenecks.
     To liaise with purchasing and artwork control to manage BOM changes in line with customer requirements and open orders to ensure that stock write offs are minimised.
     Ad hoc duties that may come up from time to time.

2 years+ experience in a similar role, administration or pharmaceutical/healthcare experience would be an advantage
 Excellent written and communication skills.
 Experience working within a pharmaceutical GMP Environment; with knowledge of EU GMP and US FDA Guidelines is desirable
