I started in Chanelle in 2018 as a Medical Customer Accounts Executive and instantly became passionate about the role, our customers and our values. To look back at the person I was when I started to who I am now, my confidence has sky rocketed. I am encouraged to challenge myself, step outside of my comfort zone and believe in myself, my ability and my ambitions. Choosing to challenge myself has lead me to the most amazing opportunities in Chanelle, such as applying for and successfully receiving a spot on the Leading for the Future programme and I was also promoted to Team Lead of the Medical Customer Accounts Department in July 2020. I look forward to continuing to grow and progress in my career in Chanelle professionally and personally.
